Exchange and Return Policy
● You may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that it is in its original condition and has not been used or had its packaging opened.
● If there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, we will cover all shipping and return costs.
● Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in cases of use, or damage caused by misuse.
● When returning a product, please ensure the original packaging and all accessories (if any) are kept intact.
● To ensure fast service, please contact us immediately after receiving the product and deciding you are not satisfied with it. Kindly explain the reason for the exchange or return so we can take it into account for future improvements.

Customers can inspect the product through the transparent packaging only, without opening or directly touching the product, in order to maintain its quality and condition.
● For underwear:
Please double-check your size before placing an order, as underwear cannot be tried on or exchanged after shipping unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is found.
